How to Add Users to Speed Dial for Your Polycom Phones

& We are now using AT&T's Office@Hand service, and with this comes a slight revamp to our phone system.

To add users to your homepage speed dial of your Polycom Phone, do the following:

1. Sign into your AT&T Office@Hand Portal at https://service-officeathand.att.com/application/overview, you will be met with this screen:

2. Click "Settings" on the top ribbon:

3. Click "Phones & Numbers" and then click "Presence"

4. A window will appear which allows you to add/change/delete users to your Polycom homepage speed dial. You can add a user by clicking "Assign Extension"

5. You can then scroll through a list of users, select who you would like to add (one at a time) and then click "Done" in the bottom right corner.

6. Once you have clicked done, the user will appear on your list of speed dial contacts. Be sure to click "Save" in the bottom right corner to save new contacts.

 

7. You will then receive a pop up telling you that your Polycom phone will be restarted for the changes to take affect. Once you click "Yes", your device will restart, and once it comes back up, you will have an updated list of speed dial contacts.
