Office365 OneDrive Server Upload Failed

Office365 OneDrive Server Upload Failed

Issue: When attempting to save a file in an Office Application (Excel, Word, etc.), you get an error that says "UPLOAD FAILED We're sorry, someone updated the server copy and it's not possible to upload your changes now."
The error is similar to the one in the given screenshot.

Please try deleting cache files in Upload center. To do this, right click on Start menu > Search > search and Open Office 2016 Upload center > click Settings > Delete cached files, click Ok, see Delete your Office Document Cache for more information.

Also, try opening Word application, click File> Account, under User Information, click Sign out from all the user account and then sign in again using work account, check if Office application works as expected.

Additionally, right-click the blue OneDrive - cloud icon in your taskbar notification area, and then select Settings, select the Office tab, clear the Use Office 2016 to sync files that I have open check box, see if this fix the problem.
